Pharmacy Chain 36.6 to create addtional shares

Shareholders of Russian Pharmacy Chain 36.6 will extend the authorised capital of the company through an additional common registered share emission. The number of capital issues of additional emission will be 85.5 million. Capital issue will be floated by public subscription. Artem Bektemirov, CEO at Pharmacy Chain 36.6, said: “It is positive news. The money got through enlarging the authorised capital will be directed to business development and credit repayment that will promote the strengthening of our leading positions in the market and further profitable growth.”
