Major Russian pharmaceutical group 36.6 saw its RAS net profit plunge 32.9% year-on-year to RUB 211.52m (approx. USD 6.6m) in the first six months of 2012, the company said in a statement. Revenue climbed 9% to RUB 2.9m (approx. USD 91,145), gross loss rose 5% to RUB 36.79m (approx. USD 1.16m), and operating loss went up 5.1% to RUB 37.02m (approx. USD 1.16m). The retailer's long-term liabilities stood at RUB 1.44bn (approx. USD 45.09m) as of June 30, 2012, down 29.6% year-to-date, and short-term liabilities decreased 3.5-fold to RUB 593.49m (approx.
